Born and raised in Tampa, Scott first saw a live showing of Rocky Horror in 1981, but didn't start going regularly until 1986. He first performed as Frank with the "Wild and Untamed Things" cast in Tampa on December 12, 1986 and became cast director shortly thereafter; a position he held for five years. 1987 was a big Rocky year for Scott - he performed Frank in front of 3,000 people in Atlanta and went on to win a costume contest at a Rocky convention in Orlando which is also where he met the RHPS fan club president, Sal Piro, for the first time. In '89, he met Meat Loaf, who signed the Frank cape that he had at the time. Scott has performed in about 13 different theatres in the Tampa Bay area on roughly 10 casts in his extensive Rocky career. Scott has performed lead Frank on the annual "Larger Than Life" cast nearly every year since 1995. He also has been performing lead Frank on the local cast, "Interchangeable Parts," since about 2000. At the big 25th anniversary of RHPS convention in Las Vegas, NV, Scott performed a scene from the show with Sal Piro, Richard O'Brien, Patricia Quinn and Nell Campbell there on October 14th, 2000!
